Senior and Adult Long-Term Care Options Plan (SOP)

The Senior Options Plan is a program designed to offer support, information and resources to a growing number of employees who face the challenge of balancing work life with care of an adult or elderly dependent with long term care needs. Services are available nationwide with access telephonically and through electronic mail.

Description of Services:

• A benefit purchased by employer groups for their employees
• Cost-effective and user-friendly approach
• Complete and confidential resource for employees who have senior, caregiver or adult long term care needs
• Assistance provided by experienced Registered Nurse and certified Social Work Case Manager
• Access to this benefit is unlimited
